Overview : REQUEST FOR INFORMATION 05/2017 (RFI) From CSOs/NGOs/Academic Institutions Ref. Flora and Fauna Project Management and Implementation This is a Request for Information (RFI) from national and/or international CSOs/NGOs/Academic Institutions for potential partnership with UNDP and the Office of Natural Resources and Environmental Policy and Planning (ONEP) in delivering outputs under the project “Conserving Habitats for Globally Important Flora and Fauna in Production Landscapes,” requiring expertise and experience in the Project Management, Implementation, and Monitoring. Key qualifications needed to be demonstrated with the documents submitted are the following: - Experience in project management, provision of policy advisory services, especially those related to endangered species conservation, , ecosystem and biodiversity management, sustainable livelihoods, at the national or international level;
- Hands-on experience in designing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating development projects to achieve results in challenging environments;
- Proven ability to use adaptive management skills to revise project activities in line with changing needs and circumstances;
- Experience in working with government agencies on internationally funded project;
- Proven ability to work with and facilitate collaborations among government agencies, civil society groups and communities;
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills on individual and institutional capacity building process
- Proven records on training, facilitating meetings/ forum/ discussion, and presentation.
