UNDP Vietnam seeks for a national firm/ organization to provide a Thematic Policy Research “Bribery of Foreign Public Officials: A Study of International Practices and Application for Viet Nam”

The Contractor is expected:

To conduct a comparative study using law and law enforcement analysis approach to examine ‘what works, what does not and why’ regarding criminalisation of bribery of foreign public officials for policy and practical lessons learnt for Viet Nam.

To present a set of lessons and recommendations for Viet Nam in implementation of the 2015 Penal Code’s Article 364.6, focusing on bribery of foreign public officials in Viet Nam as the destination country, in investment destinations overseas, or to an official of a public international organisation.

The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
