Documents to include in your Quotation | The following must be included in the Supplier´s Quotation Submission: - Description of the offered items in response to the requirement and statement regarding deviations/non-compliance (table provided), signed by authorized representative.
- Price Schedule and Delivery Schedule signed by authorized representative, including all price, delivery and logistic information requested.
- Technical data sheets of items offered, in a separate file and with clear reference to items.
- Validity of quotation, minimum required is 30 days (confirm validity in Price Schedule).

Mode of Transport: | Suppliers must ensure secure means of transport to guarantee that the promised delivery dates and schedule are fully maintained. |
