Dear Sir / Madam,

This Request for Quotation is advertised as an Extension to original RFQ which was advertised on 3 September 2017 with the deadline of 2 October 2017, 9:00 am New York time (16:30 Tehran local time). However, due to some technical issues which occurred at the time of extension of the deadline for the second time, UNDP had to cancel that tendering and issue a new RFQ through this e-tendering case.

We kindly request you to submit your quotation for Provision of 8 (eight) drug detecting dogs and training of dogs and handlers, as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ. When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2.
Documents uploaded in the system as part of your quotation must be free from any form of virus or corrupted contents, or the quotations shall be rejected.
It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your quotation is submitted on or before the deadline indicated by UNDP in the e-Tendering system. Bids must be submitted in the online e-Tendering system in the following link: https://etendering.partneragencies.org using your username and password.
