| Overview : The Regional Hub for Latin America and the Caribbean of UNDP, on behalf of participating United Nation System Agencies in Panama (UNS Agencies), is issuing this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the purpose of concluding a Long Term Agreement (LTA), for the provision of travel management services. We intend to have LTAs signed with the successful Proposer (up to 2 maximum) for a period of 1 year, with the possibility of renew it thereafter, for a maximum of another 2 (two) years, subject to satisfactory performance. Based on past expenditure (years 2015-2017), it is estimated that the total spend for new LTAs will be of approximately 23.2 Million of air tickets.
