| Overview : REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) Long Term Agreement for the provision of Cleaning and Gardening Services at UNDP/PAPP Gaza Office Date: 15 January 2018 Dear Sir/Madam, - The United Nations Development Programme/Programme of Assistance to the Palestinian People (UNDP/PAPP) is seeking qualified firms to submit a quotation for provision of Cleaning and Gardening Services at UNDP/PAPP Gaza Office as detailed in this RFP. You are invited to submit a quotation in accordance with the terms and conditions included in this Solicitation Document.
- Offerors shall prepare two copies of the Proposal, clearly marking each “Original Proposal” and “Copy of Proposal” as appropriate. In the event of any discrepancy between them, the original shall govern
- It is required that proposals shall be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes, one containing the technical proposal and one the financial proposal. Both Envelopes shall be sealed in one outer envelope.
- The outer sealed envelope shall be delivered to the below address no later than 10 a.m. (Jerusalem time) on 31 January 2018.
United Nations Development Programme (UNDP / PAPP) UNDP/PAPP Office –Gaza Omar Bin Abed Al Aziz Street Al Remal Gaza - Pre-bid meeting will be held at UNDP Gaza office at 10:00hrs on 23 January 2018. Attendance at the pre bid meeting is compulsory (حضور الاجتماع التمهيدي إلزامي)
The outer envelope shall be clearly marked as follows: Mr. Khaled Shahwan Deputy Special Representative (Operations) RFQ 2018-271: Long Term Agreement for the provision of Cleaning and Gardening Services at UNDP/PAPP Gaza Office Late Proposals will be rejected. - The pre bid meeting minutes, and any further enquiries received on or before 24 January 2018, will be documented and posted at the UNDP/PAPP designated web site http://www.ps.undp.org/content/papp/en/home/operations/procurement.html on 25 January 2018. No inquiries will be accepted after.
