Bidders must submit their bid prices using this Excel sheet. - Deadline of Bid Submission is: Monday, February 12, 2018, at 12 pm (noon) Monrovia time
- Deadline for submitting questions for clarification is: three (3) days before the submission deadline
- Bid opening is scheduled on: Monday, February 12, 2018, at 2 pm Monrovia time
