The objective of the assignment is - to review project context, project baseline and assumptions compared to the baseline and assumptions, which used at the project design, in order to recommend revision of project key activities (if necessary)
- to design and develop the strategy and detailed road maps for the project implementation towards achieving project overall objectives with detailed monitoring and implementation plans over the whole cycle of the project;
