| Overview : Request for Information(RfI) 44715: UNCDF/MM4P Zambia Digital Financial Services Data Reporting and Analytics Platform This Request for information is a notice used to assess interest in an upcoming request for proposal. Vendors are requested to express interest and provide information about their services, resources, qualifications and experience. This method may lead to identify a shortlist of vendors considered prequalified and therefore invited to submit detailed offers at a later time. The Bank of Zambia (BoZ), via its ‘Banking Currency and Payment Systems Department" has requested support from UNCDF Zambia to deploy a Data Reporting and Analytics platform (hereinafter “the Platform”) that will aid effective supervision and oversight of the providers of digital financial services (DFS) to ensure safety and efficiency of the payment systems and getting a more realistic picture of access and usage. UNCDF solicits information for purpose of procuring the Platform that would automate the reporting processes and provide analytics useful for policy making. The information should inform; - Potential vendors and their capabilities
- Platform modules and their capability and capacity to meet BoZ’s specific needs
- Cost (both fixed and recurring) estimate for the different platform modules
- Platform deployment timelines for the different platform modules
The specific objectives and key features required of the platform are provided in the attached Business Requirements Document, ( Annex 2 of this RFI). Interested vendors must provide information in accordance to this RFI templates ( Annex 1.1 and Annex 1.2). This Request for Information and accompanying documents must be submitted to the following address mm4p@uncdf.org using the subject line: ”RfI # 44715 Digital Financial Services Data Reporting and Analytics Platform”, no later the 7th of May 2018 by 6pm Zambia local time. Email attachments may not exceed 10 MB. Interested institutions should address their questions and applications to the same address mm4p@uncdf.org. Questions are expected to be received no later the 26th of March 2018 by 6pm Zambia local time. Clarifications will be published on this website no later the 19th of April 2018 by 6pm Zambia local time |
