Overview :

The Procurement Team of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) invites local general contractors for the project “Various Civil Works Packages for Regions VII and VIII.”

 

The contractor is expected to build/construct the following public infrastructure under the following Contract Packages:

1)       Package R7-4  :

a)       Construction of Multi-purpose Building in San Remigio

2)       Package R7-7  :

a)        Repair of two (2) Day Care Centers- Brgy. Calagasan and Brgy. Ubaub, Argao, Cebu

3)       Package R8-7  :

a)       Construction of five (5) units Day Care Center at Dao, Bato, Malingon, Naga, Buntay, Municipality of, Oras, Eastern Samar

b)       Construction of One (1) unit Bahay Pag-asa for CICL and Abused Children (Phase 1) at Barangay Butnga, Municipality of Oras, Eastern Samar

The abovementioned Bid Documents will be released to all interested participants starting 14 March to 28 March,  2018.   The Bid Documents shall contain all instructions on the rules, procedures, dates and other schedules for the pre-bid conference and opening of bid envelopes, as well as further details on the scope of services required.

 

UNDP reserves the right to reject any or all the bids, waive any defect or informality therein, accept the bid and award the contract to the most advantageous offer to the UNDP, for and in behalf of the project.  UNDP assumes no responsibility to compensate or indemnify the bidder for any expense or loss that may be incurred for the preparation of bids, nor does it guarantee that an award will be made.
