| Overview : UNDP Vietnam seeks for 05 national consultants/Local Construction consultant(s) to monitor and verify construction criteria and house construction works for 05 Provinces of Thanh Hoa, Quang Binh, T.T.Hue, and Quang Ngai, Quang Nam. The GCF project is supporting 05 provinces to undertake construction activities for storm/flood resilience houses which are planned in 2018-2019. To support the implementation process, UNDP would like to mobilize a team of 05 experienced construction consultants (the consultants) who will work with local PPMU, CPMU, PMU component 1, UNDP and other partners to provide technical support and monitor for the construction works at local levels. The consultant (s) will be coordinated/deployed by UNDP/MoC and be provided all support to monitor and verify construction criteria and house construction works for 05 Provinces of Thanh Hoa, Quang Binh, T.T.Hue, Quang Nam and Quang Ngai. The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
