| Overview : UNDP Vietnam seeks 01 qualified National Consultant # 3 – PA/Biodiversity Expert (Ref. 1-180401-NC3). The consultant will work with 2 other national consultants as a team. The key objective of the consultancy is to provide technical support for preparing a design plan to adopt legal guidance on results-based budgeting (formulation, negotiation, and approval) in Protected Areas of Viet Nam. The selection will be on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
