| Overview : The SE4All project is required to establish the Financial Support Scheme (FSS) to support private sector investment in village-based energization. The Government of Lesotho and UNDP Country Office, therefore require the service of a Management Agent - (Locally registered) to administer, manage and implement the Financial Support Scheme (FSS), with the purpose of jump-starting private sector investment in isolated renewable energy mini-grids and Energy Trading Centres through reduced amount of debt financing required. |
