| Overview : The Independent Evaluation Office of UNDP would like to hire a vendor to develop an online information center on National Evaluation Capacity (NEC). This platform is being developed as part of the IEO to strengthening national evaluation capacities for systematic review and follow up of the Sustainable Development Goals. The NEC Information Center will be a publicly available interactive system that contains useful, organized, consolidated and user-friendly documentation on national evaluation capacities, by country. The NEC Information Center will serve two main interlinked purposes: 1) knowledge management and 2) advocacy for strengthening national evaluation capacities. We are currently requesting quotations from vendors who have the experience and technical ability to develop the above-mentionedNEC Information Center.
