| Overview : *DEADLINE EXTENDED TO 1 JUNE 2018 AT 3:30PM NEW YORK TIME: UNDP wishes to expand the modality to include internationally engaged Service Contractors within its current framework. UNDP recognizes that consistent application of the established policy on Service Contract remuneration requires an operating global methodology that will guide Country Offices in the specific creation of the Service Contract remuneration scales for both locally and internationally engaged personnel. UNDP is looking for a consulting firm that will conduct a comprehensive review of the Service Contract Modality under a Long Term Agreement of three years. The primary task of the vendor will be, within the context of the comprehensive review of the Service Contract modality, to develop a new, streamlined and cost-effective methodology and guidelines for setting remuneration and social security provisions for internationally engaged service contractors. The scope of the work also includes an analysis of the current remuneration methodology for locally engaged SCs and develop options for a revised framework applicable to the currents operational needs of the organization.
