| Overview : UNDP is now seeking for a firm/organization to support the PFES’s environmental and social impact assessment. The objective of the assignment is to provide an objective and evidence-based assessments of the extent to which the PFES program objectives have been achieved, the PFES design and management/implementation factors that contributed to or limited PFES’ effectiveness and efficiency in achieving its objectives, its sustainability and expansion ability (with a particular attention to the topics of Ethnic Minority development and Gender equality).
