| Overview : Procurement Notice No.: IC/TZA/2018/026 Duty Station: Dar es Salaam Eligibility: Qualified and Experienced National Consultants are invited to submit their proposals ‘’Women are highly encouraged to apply’’ Period of assignment/services: 6 weeks Description of the assignment: UNRCO requires the services of a reputed consultant that offers services in the field of copy editing and filmmaking (along with editing), to produce and edit, high quality human interest stories and short films including animation films Description of Responsibilities (scope of the work) The following are the expected outputs for this evaluation. - Propose a concept, structure, storyline and visual treatment with clear flow of segments. Capture the stories of change through stories featuring one or few protagonist(s) from the field that have been impacted by UN projects.
· Attend (or participate via conference call) in pre-production briefing on the issues being covered and participate in preparatory research and production planning.
