PROCUREMENT NOTICE: IC-2018-046
NATIONAL CONSULTANT – ADVOCACY OFFICER
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Mongolia office announces the procurement notice for assignment of Advocacy officer for “Supporting the implementation of the 2030 Agenda in Mongolia” project.

If you interested and meet the qualifications of the announced consultancy assignment, please submit the following documents by the deadline of 11:00 am, 21 August 2018, Ulaanbaatar time (GMT +8) to email@example.com with subject line: Ref: IC-2018- 046 – Advocacy officer.
A. Recommended Presentation of Offer
The following documents should be submitted (relevant forms downloadable from above mentioned link)
a) Duly accomplished Letter of Confirmation of Interest and Availability using template provided by UNDP;
o Financial Proposal that indicates the all-inclusive fixed total contract price, supported by a breakdown of costs in Mongolian tugrik (MNT)
b) Personal CV, indicating all experience from similar projects, as well as the contact details (email and telephone number) of the Candidate
c) Professional references from at least three (3) people;
d) Brief description of why the individual considers him/herself as the most suitable for the assignment, and a proposed work plan and methodology on how they will approach and complete the assignment.
B. Criteria for Selection of the Best Offer
Selection criteria is Combined Scoring method – where the qualifications will be weighed a maximum of 70% and combined with the price offer which will be weighed a max of 30%.
- Incomplete and late applications will be excluded from further consideration.

- The submitted documents will not be returned to the applicants.
- The UNDP reserves the right to accept or reject, in part or whole, any or all the proposals at any time without assigning any reason.
