| Overview : Description of the assignment: Provision of international consultancy services for Energy Efficiency and Environment Market (MEEE) to establish an operational market place where White certificates resulting from implementation of demonstration projects in selected buildings will be traded. Period of assignment/services: The expert is expected to work for up to 70 working days over the period of two year starting from September 2018 till September 2020. This includes 53 working days on mission in the country, in Tehran, and 17 working days of home-based support.
