- Your proposal could form the basis for a 2-year Lease Agreement between you and UNDP.
- Your proposal shall include the following information.
- Ownership
- Number of stores and their dimensions
- Capacities, both nominal and actual
- Construction materials
- State of repair
- Hard standing’s
- Building Photos (inside and outside)
- Road Access (Location Map)
- Minimum Warehouse of 800 M2 (Secured area, plot area) and storage building 400 M2 to store different goods (Vehicles, Generators, Shelf’s, and old furniture’s).
- Location: Nearest to UNDP office

- Provision of Electricity & Water Supply
- Insurance coverage for all inclusive manmade and natural disasters (Fire or lightning, Malicious act, Flood, Wind Storm, Earthquake etc.)
- Your banking information including the following
Account Name, Account No., Bank Name, Bank Address and For Kyat: any bank Please be informed that UNDP can only pay in Bank Transfer in the name of the owner or company. - Quoted monthly charges must be fixed for 2 years
- Price quoted must be exclusive of all taxes since UN agencies are exempt from taxes
- Your Quotation must be sent to Programme Support Team Leader, UNDP Myanmar, No. 6 Natmauk Road, Tamwe Township, Yangon in a sealed envelope mentioning the RFQ reference 2017-PROC-UNDP-MMR-RFQ-096 and your company name on the envelope.

Quotation should be in a sealed envelope and sent to Programme Support Team Leader, UNDP Myanmar Office at No. 6 Natmauk Road, Tamwe Township, Yangon mentioning the RFQ 2018-PROC-UNDP-MMR-RFQ-096 and your company name on the envelope. For electronic submission, please send only the duly completed Bid Documents with above-mentioned RFQ No. to bids.mm@undp.org .Please make sure that the maximum file size of the attachments do not exceed 2 MB. If attachments exceed maximum file size allowed, please send in separate emails with subsequent number in subject line. The letter should be received by UNDP no later than 7 Sep 2018. |
