Overview :

The United Nations Development Program in Kazakhstan in the framework of the project «Provision of technical assistance in improving processes of coordination and consultation, interaction between state bodies in the field of law making» is announcing a competition for legal entities for the services on «Training on human resource management principles and practices for the High Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan».

Request for proposal with the Terms of reference is attached.

Application procedure: The offer, comprising of a Technical and Financial Proposal, should be submitted on or before 3 p.m Astana time,  Friday, March 15, 2019 through e-mail on procurement.kz@undp.org

Mandatory subject of email: RFP-2019-006 Training on HRM principles and practices

Submission procedure includes the following requirements and restrictions:

  1. Free from virus and corrupted files
  2. Format: PDF or *doc (*docx) files only, password protected
  3. Max. File Size per transmission: 10 Mb
  4. Password for all files except the financial proposal must not be provided to UNDP until 15 March 2019, 3 p.m Astana time
  5. Password for the financial proposal must not be provided to UNDP until it is formally requested by UNDP focal points: Meruyert Bolyssayeva or Nurgul Sebepova
