REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) : ROSTER OF NON-GOVERNMENT (NGO)/CIVIL SOCIETY ORGANIZATIONS (CSO) FOR MONITORING AND EVALUATION

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) invites companies/ firms to provide information for Various Monitoring and Evaluation Services for the NEDA-UNDP Strategic M&E Project.

UNDP Philippines invites NGO/CSOs particularly research institutions whether academe-based or independent non-profit organizations, for potential partnership with UNDP in delivering outputs for development projects requiring expertise and experience.

This proposed roster will not only cover the requirements of the NEDA-UNDP Strategic M&E Project but also designed to be applicable to the other projects or uses of UNDP.

The abovementioned event shall be accessible to all interested participants starting 22 March 2019 to 03 May 2019. Deadline of submission will be on 03 May 2019 (second extension), 4:00 PM, Philippine Time or 4:00AM EDT.

UNDP reserves the right to reject any or all the proposals, waive any defect or informality therein, accept the proposal and award the contract to the most advantageous offer.  UNDP assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify the proposer for any expense or loss that may be incurred for the preparation of proposals, nor does UNDP guarantee that an award will be made.
