| Overview : The Government of Samoa (GoS) has received financing from the Green Climate Fund (GCF) through UNDP as the GCF Accredited Entity (AE) towards the cost of the Integrated Flood Management to Enhance Climate Resilience of the Vaisigano River Catchment in Samoa ("Vaisigano Catchment Project"), implemented by the Ministry of Finance (MOF) and the National Designated Authority (NDA) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The GoS through MOF and the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MNRE) is seeking to procure consulting services ("the Services") for the formulation of a policy on Tree Management for Disaster Risk Reduction in Samoa.
