Addendum # 1

RFP-054/19 - Implementation of Cash for Work Activities: Urban Agriculture in Ninewa Governorate, Iraq

 

This addendum is issued with the purpose to amend RFP-054/19 dated 28 March 2019 as follow:

 

§  The following minor changes been made in the following sections:

-        Page 23, Section 2-: Proposed Methodology, Approach and Workplan (250)” been changed to (310).”

-        Page 24, Section 3-: Management Structure and Key Personnel (380)”, been changed to (390).”

§  The proposal submission deadline has been extended till 2:00PM (Iraq Time), 05 May 2019 (Sunday);

 

§  Section 3 – Data Sheet – Pre-Proposal Skype conference: The bidders are requested to attend the Pre-Proposal Conference through Skype for having complete understanding of Scope of Work prior sending the formal proposal to UNDP.

 

A Pre-proposal Skype conference will be held on 23 April 2019 (Tuesday) between 11:00 AM till 12:00 PM, (Iraq local time)

           Venue: Skype Call

           The UNDP focal point for the arrangement is:

Interested NGO’s are requested to send their Skype ID to: delan.abdula@undp.org latest by:                            22 April 2019 along with any questions / clarifications. 

 

All other clauses and conditions shall remain unchanged. Only complete proposal against this RFP will be considered for further evaluation. The bidders are reminded to submit all the required documents with its submission.

 

This Addendum #1 constitutes an integral part of the bidding documents for RFP-054/19
