Establishment of a List of Prequalified Monitoring and Evaluation Firms

to Conduct Independent Evaluations on Various Programs and Projects

of the Philippine Development Plan (PDP) and for Other UNDP Related Purposes

 

 

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Philippine Country Office would like to invite you to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to be part of a prequalified list of firms who may later be invited to submit proposals for the conduct of independent evaluations on various themes and priority programs under the Philippine Development Plan (PDP). The policies and programs to be evaluated include those on social development; economic development and infrastructure; environmental management, resiliency, and peace-building; and democratic governance.

The abovementioned event shall be accessible to all interested participants starting 2 April 2019 to 8 May 2019. Deadline of submission of bids will be on 8 May 2019, 4:00 PM, Philippine Time.

 

 

UNDP reserves the right to reject any or all the proposals, waive any defect or informality therein, accept the proposal and award the contract to the most advantageous offer.  UNDP assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify the proposer for any expense or loss that may be incurred for the preparation of proposals, nor does UNDP guarantee that an award will be made.
