| Overview : The United Nations Development Programme in the Republic of Kazakhstan (UNDP) is extending a national competiiton for the position of Consultant on implementation of carbon units trading operations from internal projects on energy saving within Kazakhstan ETS. For detailed information on the position, please refer to the attached Terms of Reference. Place of work: home-based, with 3 trips to Nur-Sultan (Astana). - Detailed personal CV, where previous work experience in similar projects should be included, as well as contact details (email and phone number) of the Offeror;
