| Overview : Conference organizing services for UNCDF team meeting 10-14 June 2019, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia UNCDF is holding a meeting to bring together its team from across Asia, Africa and the Pacific. The objective of the team meeting is to share and learn new ways of doing our work in particular in the context of the new strategy entitled “Leaving no one behind in the digital era”. During such meetings, the digital finance team present and discuss their work and by doing so build better cooperation ties across countries The purpose of this procurement process is to select and enter into a contractual agreement with a successfully qualified supplier to provide Conference Organization Services for the above-mentioned event. Dates : 10-14 June 2019 Location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Participants: approximately 55 List and Description of Expected Outputs to be Delivered: - Conference/meeting rooms: For this event, one main conference to host 60 people in a cabaret style set up (round table with 8-10 people).
- Catering: For simplifications reasons, UNCDF will choose one of the all-inclusive conference packages (fully equipped conference rooms, coffee breaks with lunch), if offered by the service provider.
