The Procurement Services Unit (PSU) of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), on behalf of UNDP Saudi Arabia (KSA) hereby invites you to submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the above-referenced subject. 

The purpose of this RFP is to establish a contract with qualified engineering consulting firm for Delivering Sustainable Roads Network Expansion Scientific Models with a complete software to enhance the current road project appraisal and engineering design practices.
