| Overview : UNDP Vietnam seeks 01 qualified firm to provide Financial Audit service for the UN-REDD Viet Nam Phase II Programme (Ref. 2-190503). The objective of the audit is to obtain reasonable assurance as to whether the financial statements are free from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or error, thereby enabling the auditor to express an opinion on whether the financial statements are prepared, in all material respects, in accordance with an applicable financial reporting frameworks that expressed in PIM and Vietnamese Accounting system. The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
