| Overview : UNDP is looking for One international consultant – senior expert to support for capacity needs assessment of legal aid providers in Viet Nam. This TOR specifies objectives, scope of work and the task in this update process. The key objective of the assignment is to support a team of two national experts to develop a capacity needs assessment tool for legal aid providers, including by providing examples of similar tools used in other countries, and provide inputs to the report of piloting the developed tool prepared by the team of national experts.
