| Overview : The UNDP under the auspices of the UN Somalia Joint Justice Programme seeks to engage an Individual Contractor to conduct a gender analysis of key justice institutions (formal and informal) regarding their responsiveness to women, children and other vulnerable groups, particularly minority clans and IDPs to facilitate well-informed recommendations for implementation by the Joint Justice Programme. Details are provided in the attached Terms of Reference. - Brief description of why the individual considers him/herself as the most suitable for the assignment, and a methodology, if applicable, on how he/she will approach and complete the assignment;
