| Overview : UNDP on behalf of Ministry of Energy and Minieral Development ( MEMD) would like to procure a portable industrial gas flue sampling and measurement equipment to support the collection and analysis of data on klin effeciency, tree biomass for charcoal and green gas house emissions.
