| Overview : UNDP Vietnam is seeking for 01 national consultant for the post National Consultant 2 for development a comprehensive approach on plastics in Viet Nam and finalization of the National Action Plan on marine plastic debris management (Ref 3-190602). The objective of the assignment and scope of work are indicated in the Terms of Reference (TOR) which is a part of the attached Procurement Notice. The selection will be on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
