| Overview : The main objective of this consultancy is to revise and update the Rwanda’s Green Growth and Climate Resilience Strategy to capture emerging / potential future trends and respond to multiple scenarios for achieving a Green Economy, with a clear framework of its implementation. The National Consulting Firm, under the guidance of an International Foresight Expert, will support the Ministry of Environment and stakeholders to undertake research and studies on emerging trends, support building future scenarios using foresight methodologies, and identify and document resilient strategies to facilitate actions toward the preferred scenario. |
