BACKGROUND

Clashes between farmers and herders in Middle Belt, Nigeria have led to humanitarian crises warranting deployment of humanitarian actors. Unfortunately, some of these humanitarian actors, have little or no knowledge of human rights and how to integrate its principles and standards in the delivery of humanitarian action. The UN-OHCHR project titled, “Integrating Human Rights in the Humanitarian Response in Middle Belt, Nigeria” is designed to respond to these lapses through trainings and advocacy among other means to aid national actors enhance their capacity on human rights in humanitarian action.

Interactive Radio and TV program sessions will also be deployed towards achieving the primary objectives of the project.

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Request for Quotation for the above-referenced subject.

If you are interested in submitting a Quotation in response to this RFQ, please prepare your Quotation in accordance with the requirements and procedure as set out in the attached RFQ and submit it by the Deadline for Submission of Quotations set out in the Data Sheet.
