| Overview : UNDP Vietnam is seeking for A national firm/institution to develop 04 Vietnamese national standards supporting definition, measurement and verification of energy performance in Buildings (Ref. B-190802) The assignment is to develop 04 national standards related to energy efficiency in buildings. These standards will lay an important foundation for MOC to implement provisions of the Law on Energy Efficiency and Economical Use which are the development of Energy efficiency benchmarking (Article 15, Clause 7 and Article 16 and clause 1) and the provision of information on EE benchmarking in building (EE labelling, Article 3, Clause 7) and pave a way for Energy Audit, M&V, Energy Performance contracts and all other ESCOs works.
