The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) invites companies/ firms to bid for the Supply and Delivery of T-Shirt with Print

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Philippines, in partnership with the Philippine government’s Office of the Presidential Advisor on Peace Process (OPAPP), the Independent Decommissioning Body (IDB) is created by the Government of the Philippines (GPH) and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) to oversee the decommissioning process of MILF forces and weapons. As agreed by the parties, the MILF shall undergo a gradual and voluntary decommissioning of its forces and weapons. First phase of the decommissioning was conducted on 16 June 2015 and to support the next phases, the procurement of T-Shirt with print is necessary for the presentable registration process.

For interested parties, Bid Documents (Eligibility Requirements, Instructions to Bidders and Specifications) may be downloaded and secured in this notice (please see attached RFQ Document).

This procurement notice shall be accessible to all interested participants until 24th of September 2019.

Quotations may be submitted on or before 24 September 2019 and via ☒ e-mailto this email address only: bids.ph@undp.org

Quotations submitted by email must be limited to a maximum of 10 MB per email, virus-free.  They must be free from any form of virus or corrupted contents, or the quotations shall be rejected.

It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your quotation will reach the address above on or before the deadline.  Quotations that are received by UNDP after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation.  If you are submitting your quotation by email, kindly ensure that they are signed and in the .pdf format, and free from any virus or corrupted files.

UNDP reserves the right to reject any or all the proposals, waive any defect or informality therein, accept the proposal and award the contract to the most advantageous offer.  UNDP assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify the proposer for any expense or loss that may be incurred for the preparation of proposals, nor does UNDP guarantee that an award will be made.
