| Overview : [ENGLISH BELOW] Ban Quản lý Dự án HHX và UNDP Việt Nam kính mời các nhà thầu là các chuyên gia tư vấn cá nhân trong nước tham gia đấu thầu gói thầu “Theo dõi, giám sát, đánh giá quá trình chuyển giao trang thiết bị, nguyên vật liệu và đánh giá các thông số kỹ thuật của thiết bị sau khi bàn giao”, thuộc Dự án “Áp dụng Hóa học Xanh tại Việt Nam nhằm hỗ trợ tăng trưởng xanh và giảm thiểu việc phát thải và sử dụng các hóa chất hữu cơ khó phân hủy (POPs) và hóa chất nguy hại”. Mục tiêu của gói thầu: Tuyển dụng 01 tư vấn cá nhân trong nước nhằm theo dõi, giám sát, đánh giá quá trình chuyển giao trang thiết bị, nguyên vật liệu theo đúng quy định và tham giá đánh giá các thông số kỹ thuật của thiết bị sau khi lắp đặt, chạy thử và bàn giao. Tư vấn có nhiệm vụ lên kế hoạch và thực hiện tất cả các thủ tục cần thiết để đảm bảo mua sắm, bàn giao thành công các trang thiết bị và vật tư cần thiết cho hai cơ sở tiếp nhận việc trình diễn thực hiện hóa học xanh Việc xét duyệt CV và đề xuất tài chính sẽ được thực hiện trên cơ sở cạnh tranh, phù hợp với các quy định về đấu thầu của Việt Nam và của UNDP. Project name: Application of Green Chemistry (GC) in Viet Nam to support green growth and reduction in the use and release of POPs/harmful chemicals. The overall goal of the consultancy is to monitor, supervise, and evaluate the delivery of equipment and materials procured for one industrial facility in each of the two selected sectors. The consultant will also supervise, attend and verify the installation of the procured goods and materials, the implementation of the acceptance testing and performance testing of the equipment delivered. The consultant is responsible for planning and implementing all the necessary procedures to ensure the successful delivery and testing of equipment and materials for the two facilities selected for Green Chemistry demonstration. Price quotation will be evaluated on a competitive basis, in accordance with the Vietnamese Procurement Law and UNDP procurement regulations.
