The Office of Sustainable Development Global Integration team (SDGI) in coordination with the Bureau for Policy and Programme Support of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit an offer for the Provision of Consultancy Services of Environmental Expert as per the details and instructions in the e-tendering link:

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit an offer to this Request for an Individual Contractor for the above-referenced subject.

This request to submit an offer includes the following documents and the General Terms and Conditions of Contract which is inserted in Event attachments:

If you are interested in submitting an offer in response to this request for an Individual Contractor, please prepare your offer in accordance with the requirements and procedure as set out in this request and submit it by the Deadline for Submission of Offers set out in Instruction to Bidders.

This procurement process is conducted through UNDP eTendering online system and interested bidders must register in the system in order to access the additional documents. If already registered, go to https://etendering.partneragencies.org and sign in using your username and password, and search for event using reference UNDP1- CPUC19-16

Follow the registration steps as specified in the system user guide or download the attached "e-tendering Instructions Manual for Bidders" document.

Bidders may send as many e-mails as needed; however, the size of each e-mail should not exceed five megabytes (5 MB). As an e-mail can take some time to arrive after it is sent, we advise all bidders to send e-mail submissions well before the deadline. Please be aware that bids e-mailed to UNDP will be rejected if they are received after the deadline for bid submission. It is the exclusive responsibility of the offeror to ensure that the document(s) are received at the specified email address before the closing date of 26 December 2019.

Candidate should ensure that submitted offers are in PDF format and do not contain viruses or corrupted files. Such offers will be rejected.
