Overview :

United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Kazakhstan is announcing a competition for the services of International Consultant for Technical Review of National Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Inventories – Fugitive emissions Sector.

For detailed information please refer to the attached Terms of Reference.

Place of work: Home-based with one mission to Almaty.

For interested candidates, the following documents in PDF format must be attached to your offer and sent to procurement.kz@undp.org with Ref.2020-065 in the subject not later than 15:00 p.m. Nur Sultan Time zone, 30 June, 2020:

  1. A duly completed and signed Offeror’s letter, confirming interest and readiness for the assignment of individual contractor (UNDP form); Financial proposal should include all expenses under the contract, indicating a detailed breakdown of costs in accordance with the attached form.
  2. Detailed personal CV, where previous work experience and skills relevant for this assignment should be included, as well as contact details (email and phone number) of the Offeror;
  3. Brief Description of Approach to Work.
  4. Copies of higher education diplomas and other relevant documents.

Due to the technical features of email, the file size should not exceed 19 Mb per email. Incomplete applications will be excluded from further consideration.

Due to the large number of applications that we receive, we can only inform successful candidates about the results or status of the selection process.

Proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted for consideration.
