The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is currently implementing a project: Supporting an Inclusive and Multi-Sectoral Response to COVID-19 and Addressing its Socio-Economic Impact in Ethiopia that requires the services of Eleven individual consultants to perform the work described in the corresponding TORs. 

Proposal should be submitted to the secured email address: procurement.et@undp.org as per the deadline indicated in the system itself. 

Any request for clarification must be sent in writing, or by standard electronic communication to  info.procurementet@undp.org  .  

In consideration of your qualifications, we are hereby inviting you to submit an offer for this particular assignment.  To assist you in understanding the requirements of this assignment, we have attached hereto the following: 

1. The Terms of Reference for the assignment described above;
2. The standard Letter of Confirmation of Interest and Availability, which you must accomplish and submit to UNDP; and
3. Breakdown of Costs template, to be filled to show the detail cost breakdown;
4. P11 templet to be filled by the individual applicant;
5. The Individual Contract and its General Terms and Conditions, which you would be expected to sign in the event you are the selected Offeror in this procurement process. 

Interested individual consultants must submit the following documents/information to demonstrate their qualifications:

• Letter of presentation highlighting main qualifications and experience relevant to this TOR;
• CV;
• Copy of education certificate;
• Completed financial proposal.

Firms are not eligible for this consultancy assignment (open only for International Individual Consultants)

• Documents Required:

The following proposals must be prepared as per the RFP Proposal Submission Instructions. The Proposals shall be submitted on or before application deadline November 13,2020 via UNDP Ethiopia Secured mail address: procurement.et@undp.org;

• Technical Proposal in pdf under file name: ETH1801-R– TP - [insert your name];
• Financial Proposal in pdf under file name: ETH1801=R– FP - [insert your name];
• Please note that these proposals shall be submitted to the designated secured email into two files but in one email unless both Files are Greater than 9MB file size.

Important Note:

• A candidate applying only by uploading CV/P11 to this job site will not be considered. Instead, both Technical and Financial Proposals shall be submitted to UNDP Secured email: procurement.et@undp.org;
• Those prospect consultants who fail to submit both Technical and financial proposals as per the standard format and to the designated secured email will not be further considered for evaluation;
• Please group all your documents into single PDF document as the system only allows to upload maximum one document;
