  2. Technical proposal (to showcase requested experience and competencies); and
  3.  Financial proposal as in  the attached template.

Any request for clarification must be sent in writing, or by standard electronic communication to the e-mail indicated above. The procuring UNDP entity will respond in writing or by standard electronic mail and will send written copies of the response, including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry, to all consultants.

This is the Terms of Reference (ToR) for -the Midterm Review (MTR) of the full-sized UNDP-supported GEF-financed project titled “A systemic approach to sustainable urbanization and resource efficiency in Greater Amman Municipality (GAM)” (PIMS 9204) implemented through the Greater Amman Municipality, which is to be undertaken in 2021. The project started on the 25the Sept. 2018 and is in its third year of implementation. This ToR sets out the expectations for this MTR.
