Establish/strengthen internal and external accountability mechanisms within relevant government institutions, a harmonized data collection approach to VAWG and a communication flow that allows a more effective harmonized data collection at National and Sub-national levels to monitor Gender Equality, Women's Empower (GEWE) and Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG)/Harmful Practices (HP).
