To enable its personnel to get the required level of professionalism and technical skills, the Office of Human Resources (OHR) is conducting this Request for Proposal (RFP) to partner with a duly accredited and internationally recognized body to deliver professional certifications/qualifications and related learning services in human resources and people management. This partner must align with UNDP’s needs and international development sector qualification standards. The need to professionalize the HR functions is equally important to other UN agencies. After a round of high-level consultations with the HR Network Working Group of the UN, the selected partner must be able to deliver joint cohorts for more than 10+ agencies in the UN system. Based on the results of this competitive solicitation exercise, UNDP intends to enter into non-exclusive Long-Term Agreement (LTA) with the successful proposer for the provision of an indefinite quantity of the specified services in support of UNDP’s operations. The expected duration of the LTA is 3 years with the possibility of extension for up to 2 additional years subject to the supplier’s satisfactory performance and competitiveness of prices.
