Introduction

United Nations Development Programme Has been assisting the Malaysian government in promoting inclusive growth and sustainable development. This involves aiding government policies and initiatives that address inequalities, particularly in regions with high rates of poverty and disparities, including gender inequality. To achieve their Strategic Plan goals and the CPD 2022-2025, UNDP Malaysia emphasizes consistent communication and a strong communication strategy. This approach aims to enhance their visibility, influence policies, engage stakeholders, secure resources, and amplify their impact on governments, private sector, civil society, and communities. 


The scope of work inclusive of: -

  1. Communication strategy development and implementation;
  2. Content creation for UNDP Malaysia website and social media;
  3. Video Production for social, digital media and PR purposes;
  4. Proofreading, design, layout and printing for knowledge products;
  5. Capacity building for UNDP Malaysia on Communication;
  6. Public Relations Content and Management.

 To fulfill these communication needs, UNDP Malaysia is looking for Communication Experts through Long Term Agreements (LTAs) lasting 12 months, with the possibility of extending up to 3 years based on satisfactory performance and effective service delivery.
