Introduction

Dear Sir/Madam,

The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission's (IEBC) current website has been effective in providing information to the public. The website has been a host of information for all stakeholders in elections, including domestic and international observers. It acts as a resource centre for relevant information such as accreditation, media page for press releases, forms portal, relevant electoral laws, relevant publications and snapshots of the Commission’s activities/events. The website also provides online job applications and tenders for procurement.

The website, however, lacks certain critical features and is not content driven, i.e., the information is not easily accessible to the users.  The Commission with the help of UNDP (United Nations Development Programme) Kenya intends to revamp the current website (https://www.iebc.or.ke) and add features that are missing to improve on the user experience and the Commission’s brand.

Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements. Should you require further clarifications, kindly communicate using the messaging functionality in the system. Offers must be submitted directly in the system following this link: http://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org  using the profile you may have in the portal. In case you have never registered before, you can register a profile using the registration link shared via the procurement notice and following the instructions in guides available in UNDP website: https://www.undp.org/procurement/business/resources-for-bidders.  Do not create a new profile if you already have one.
