Introduction : Site visit is Mandatory. The bidders must conduct physical site visit for complete understanding of Scope of Work prior sending the formal bid to UNDP. The cost of visiting the site shall be at the bidder’s own expense. Failure to investigate the site shall not relieve the bidder from responsibility for his/her estimation of the offer price.
