UNDP seeks to engage the services of an Individual Consultant who shall facilitate the formulation of updated Guidelines on (1) Allocation and Use of the LDRRM Fund by the LGUs and (2) Establishment of LDRRM Offices and BDRRM Councils in LGUs. Specifically, the Consultant is expected to perform the activities as specified in the TOR in undertaking the project. Period of assignment/services 90-person days Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline. Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.
