ADDENDUM to the Negotiation UNDP-VNM- 00317: International Team Leader for development of JETP Resources Mobilization Plan  for the UNDP


The purpose of this addendum is to amend the Procurement Notice UNDP-VNM- 00317 which was posted on 25-August-2023 (https://procurement-notices.undp.org/view_negotiation.cfm?nego_id=10339).

The Procurement Notice deadline is extended until  September 8, 2023. 

Other terms and conditions of the Procurement Notice remain unchanged.

This correspondence should be considered as an integral part of the tender documents.

Detailed information of the Negotiation UNDP-VNM-00287 is as belows:

UNDP Viet Nam is looking for an International Team Leader for development of JETP Resources Mobilization Plan  for the UNDP Project "Supporting the Implementation of JETP and NDC in Viet Nam", as specified in the attached documentation.  


The assignment is designed to support the JETP Secretariat to lead a team of national experts to develop the JETP-RMP for submission to the Prime Minister of the Government of Viet Nam in September 2023 and adoption of this plan in November 2023.The Team Leader shall manage a team including 03 team members on Energy, Finance and Socially Just Aspects. S/he shall work in close collaboration with relevant national and international experts, MONRE, UNDP, IPGs and relevant ministries/ experts who will contribute to the development of the JETP RMP.


Period of assignment/services (if applicable): 20 working-days from September 2023 to December 2023.
