Introduction : REQUEST FOR QUOTATION Provisioning of Residential Workshop Hosting Services. (Open for four star and above star category hotels in Damublla and Sigiriya area) UNDP kindly requests your quotation for the provision of residential workshop hosting services for the Regional Dialogue on Biodiversity Finance to be held in Sigiriya/Dambulla, Sri Lanka on 7-10 November 2023. as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ. Workshop Hosting services will include. Single Room Accommodation on Half Board Basis for 70pax from 6 to 9 Nov and 25pax will extend the stay till 10th Nov 2023 Full day conference including lunch and two tea breaks for 70pax from 7 to 9 Nov and 25 pax on 10th Nov 2023. Kindly refer to the Annex1 for details. Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide.
